China Glaze Crinkled Chromes

PICTURE HEAVY!!!!!!

Textured polish seems to be everywhere now! I can't say I'm disappointed...I LOVE textured polish! In fact, I've only met one textured polish I didn't like! That being said, I was sure these polishes would be added to the short list of terrible textures. Ok, so these new polishes from China Glaze are chrome. Awesome, right? I love chrome polishes! The mirror look of them is so awesome. But then you make them textured AND add in bar glitter?! Eh. You lost me at bar glitter. I flipping hate bar glitter. So I totally expected to HATE these polishes.

In fact, I wasn't crazy about them at first. Because they're textured, they're thick to start with. Luckily, they were easy enough to work with. Once I had two coats on, I still had the eh feeling. But when they dried, I don't know what happened. A little warm fuzzy feeling developed. I decided that I don't hate them. In fact, I think they look kind of awesome! The chrome, the texture, even the bars. In the end, they all came together and dried beautifully. I really like these a lot! I definitely feel strong feelings of like for them. So, China Glaze, you won me over with your questionable combination of chrome, glitter, and texture! These are definitely not for everyone and you won't hurt my feelings if you don't like them! But if you happen to pop into Sally's and find some, you might want to give them a shot! I'm glad I did! Enjoy! :)
